Nothing makes a 24 hour period pure frustration than when you discover you have high risk spyware on your computer that requires $100 of consultants to get it off. And you can't just back up your files and get a new computer, oh no. Because if you do that on a spyware infected computer, your old files can still infect the other computers, too.

GAH.

(ahem) Though, to try and look at this more brightly, I'm really thankful that I can at least get this taken care of. I need my computer if I'm going to get any work done (though this whole issue has seriously tempted me to just get the cheapest, simplest notebook possible to use for JUST writing). And my awesome roommate Shannon is going to take me out to ice cream as consolation. Then we're watching more Firefly because she hasn't seen it all yet.

Though this all sucks a lot, I'm really grateful for awesome girlfriends. :)

And when my computer's working again, we're going to have more Doctor Who icons! :)
